About ETCBA

Purpose
The East Tennessee Compensation Association (ETCA) was founded in 1992 as an opportunity for Human Resources professionals in the greater East Tennessee area to network and share best practices in compensation, employee benefits and work-life disciplines -- what we refer to as Total Compensation.

In 2004, in an effort to broaden our audience and reflect the diversity of our programs, the name of our group was changed to the East Tennessee Compensation and Benefits Association (ETCBA).
