ETCBA The East Tennessee Compensation and Benefits Association (ETCBA), as one of its objectives to promote the Human Resources field, sponsors an annual scholarship program. The Scholarship Program is designed to award and recognize students of demonstrated ability who are preparing for careers in Human Resource Management. The scholarship recipients are chosen based on scholastic achievement and involvement in local HR organizations, leadership ability, work experience and commitment to a career in Human Resources. Up to two scholarships in an amount decided annually will be awarded each year. Two (2) scholarships of $750 each were awarded at our Annual Holiday Gala. Application deadline was November 4, 2011.
