The East Tennessee Compensation and Benefits Association (ETCBA) is a member of the WorldatWork (formerly known as ACA) Local Network, an alliance of human resource organizations dedicated to excellence in compensation and benefits. 

ETCBA sponsors the WorldatWork’s CCP and CBP certification courses. WorldatWork is a leading resource on total compensation practices for business, industry, and government. WorldatWork is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership. Members include practitioners from all levels of compensation management.
